Air Monitoring
In some cases the building may remain in use. If this is the case, air monitoring and segregation barriers will be in operation. An independant analyst will carry out a four stage air clearance test, and will issue the appropriate certificate of re-occupation.

All asbestos products removed will be dealt with in accordance with current guidelines. Areas for bagging of asbestos waste and storage will be clealy marked. Encapsulation of contaminated areas will be dealt with by trained operatives and including all warning signs and site documentation.
